Nemetschek Global Leadership Visits SKETS Studio | Advancing a Shared Vision for the Future of AEC Delivery
On Tuesday, 8 September 2026, SKETS Studio welcomed Yves Padrines, CEO, Nemetschek, along with Sunil Pandita, Global CDO; Alok Sharma, Managing Director – Vice President; and Sumit Verma, AGM – Sales, to our New Delhi campus for a leadership exchange focused on technology, capability development, and future collaboration.
The visit marked another important milestone in the evolving relationship between SKETS Studio and Nemetschek, building on the technical leadership engagement earlier this year. This time, the conversation moved beyond individual technology adoption to explore how both organizations can deepen capabilities, strengthen collaboration, and create new opportunities together.
Building on What’s Already Working
The SKETS’ leadership team consisting of CEO Nimisha Bansal, COO Shamit Gupta, and Executive Director Neeraj Bansal introduced the Nemetschek team to the breadth of SKETS Studio through a showcase of our people, delivery capabilities, technology ecosystem, and the workflows that support projects across geographies and sectors.
The showcase also highlighted established workflows powered by Nemetschek technologies, reflecting the role Vectorworks, Bluebeam, and Archicad already play within SKETS’ delivery environment.
This provided the foundation for a broader conversation—not simply about adopting more technology, but about enhancing what is already working and building capabilities for what comes next.
From Capability Building to Collaboration
A key focus was developing a deeper and broader capability across Archicad, Vectorworks, and the wider Nemetschek portfolio, with structured learning and knowledge sharing already underway.
- Strengthening Archicad capabilities through ongoing team training and knowledge development.
- Expanding Vectorworks capabilities from established 2D workflows towards 2D-to-3D, alongside train-the-trainer initiatives.
- Exploring joint strategies around customer success, capability building, technology, and future collaboration.
These initiatives form part of a wider roadmap aligned with project requirements, capability development, adoption objectives, and long-term collaboration.
The Road Ahead
This meeting marked more than another milestone in the SKETS–Nemetschek relationship. It marked a shared intent to go further.
