Some milestones are measured in numbers. At SKETS, reaching 1000+ was about what that number represented—the people who shaped the journey, the possibilities ahead, and the shared purpose that continues to bring us together.
In the second week of September 2026, the SKETS family came together for UDAAN, our annual celebration, to mark this defining milestone. It was an evening of reflection, recognition, music, and celebration—and most importantly, the people behind it all.
Every milestone has a story behind it. At UDAAN 2026, our Co-founder & CEO Ms. Nimisha Bansal took us through the chapters that have shaped SKETS’ journey before turning our attention towards what comes next.
Her keynote traced the growth that took SKETS from four people to a 1000+ strong organization.
But growth is about more than numbers.
The story also extended to our philanthropic initiative, SKETS HOPE Centre, and its impact-driven work, followed by the emerging technologies and the new possibilities that are shaping SKETS’ next phase.
Together, these chapters brought the journey into perspective: a story that began with four people, grew through the strength of many, found purpose beyond business, and continues to look ahead.
Some of the strongest bonds at SKETS have been built over years—through changing teams, new responsibilities, long days, shared celebrations, and countless moments in between.
UDAAN 2026 brought those bonds into focus as we honored SKETS stalwarts completing 10, 15, and 20 years with the organization. For many, SKETS has been more than a workplace; it has been a place where careers have evolved, friendships have grown, and a sense of belonging has taken root.
Among those recognized was Mohd Nadeem Khan, Director & Associate, who marked two decades of contribution, leadership, and association with SKETS.
What makes these anniversaries special is not simply how long someone has been here, but everything those years hold—the people they have met, the moments they have shared, and the memories that stay with them. Together, they are part of what makes SKETS feel like a family.
The recognition of those enduring bonds soon gave way to a celebration that brought everyone together.
The dhol set the evening in motion, and soon, the energy of UDAAN had taken over the room. Singer Amrit Wadali then took the stage with his band, taking that energy several notches higher. SKETSonians sang along, danced, and celebrated together, turning an evening of milestones into a night of shared memories.
For a few hours, titles, teams, projects, and everyday routines gave way to music, laughter, and celebration.
1000+ was no longer just a milestone on paper. It was 1000+ people coming together to celebrate everything that had brought them there.
Every milestone marks an achievement, but it also opens the door to what comes next.
For SKETS, 1000+ is one such moment.
UDAAN 2026 celebrated how far the organization has come, while also turning attention towards what lies ahead—greater possibilities powered by AI and Automation, and ambitions that continue to evolve.
As SKETS moves into its next phase, new ideas and technologies will bring new possibilities, but it will be the people behind them who turn those possibilities into progress.
Beyond 1000+, there is more to create, more to explore, and more to achieve—together.
