UDAAN 2026: Celebrating the Power of 1000+
Some milestones are measured in numbers. At SKETS, reaching 1000+ was about the people, possibilities, and purpose that brought everyone together.
In the second week of September 2026, the SKETS family came together for our annual event “UDAAN”, turning this landmark achievement into an evening of recognition, music, energy, and togetherness. UDAAN 2026 was a reminder that behind every milestone is a force of people who make progress possible.
From Four to 1000+: The Story Behind the Force
The evening looked back at SKETS’ journey through our CEO Ms. Nimisha Bansal’s keynote, structured around four defining chapters. She revisited the SKETS Start, the foundation that shaped its journey, followed by how SKETS grew into a 1000+ strong organization.
The narrative extended beyond business success to the impact-driven work of our philanthropic initiative, the SKETS HOPE Centre, highlighting our organization’s collective commitment to drive meaningful and positive changes in the society.
Looking ahead, the keynote turned towards the forces shaping SKETS’ next phase—from AI and automation to emerging technologies and new possibilities.
Together, these four chapters painted a powerful picture of a company built on purpose, strengthened by its people, driven by innovation, and inspired by the possibilities ahead.
Years of Countless Milestones: Honoring the Stalwarts
While the milestone marked a significant moment for SKETS, the evening also honored those who have been part of its journey for 10, 15, and 20 years—recognizing the experience, dedication, and continuity they have brought to the organization.
Among them, Mohd. Nadeem Khan, Director & Associate, received the 20 Years of Honor Scroll, marking two decades of contribution, leadership, and association with SKETS.
These recognitions gave the evening a deeper meaning—growth is measured not only by how far an organization travels, but also by the people who grow with it.
1000+ SKETSonians Turned a Milestone into One Massive Party
And then, it was time to turn the milestone into a party. The beats of the dhol set the mood, bringing the entire room to life. The energy climbed even higher when singer Amrit Wadali took the stage. His performance sent the energy through the roof, with SKETSonians singing, dancing, and coming together in the kind of atmosphere that made the evening truly unforgettable.
What began as a moment to recognize the journey quickly became a night to enjoy it together.
Beyond 1000+: The Next Chapter Begins
UDAAN 2026 closed one chapter, but it also opened another. 1000+ is not the destination, it is a step towards bigger innovation, greater possibilities, and continued success.
The next chapter is about carrying the same collective spirit forward while embracing new ideas, technologies, opportunities, and ambitions. If the journey from four to this milestone has shown anything, it is that the power to go further lies in the people who move forward together.
