Mr. Neeraj Bansal has over twenty three years’ experience in all facets of management and operations. Mr. Neeraj in his role as an Executive Director spearheads strategic initiatives and has been driving business operations of SKETS resulting in improved financial performance. He focuses on strengthening the organization’s delivery capability, it’s process maturity, talent acquisition and management of technical competency.

Ms. Nimisha co-founded SKETS Studio in 2005 and has taken it from a small start up, to a name to reckon with in the Design Documentation space.

SKETS Studio is ranked as one the top firms worldwide providing Design Documentation services for Architectural and Interior Design firms globally. Prior to starting SKETS, she was heading the Global Solutions Design Group of a leading Information Technology firm.

Shamit Gupta

Mr. Shamit Gupta, co-founder of SKETS has over eighteen years of experience in the field of Architecture and Hospitality Design Documentation. He started his career with Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). He has managed over 100 large scale hospitality projects and his immense knowledge has helped SKETS in becoming one of the top firms in Design Documentation space.

Anjana Bhandari is a BIM Specialist and Architecture professional with 10+ years of BIM experience and 12+ year of overall Building industry experience from different sectors of Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, etc. Her educational qualification includes a Diploma in Architecture and Graduation in Arts from Delhi University.

Anjana started working on Revit in 2008; one of the early users of BIM. She is a certified Revit professional with Hands-on Revit technology experience with in-depth knowledge of best practices of Revit. She has worked on over 100 BIM projects with leading international AEC and Interior firms in the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and India. She has a vast experience of delivering the projects to the leading international clients like Mirvac Designs, Cooper Lighting, Wilson Associates, WATG, etc.

Anjana as a Studio Manager is responsible for the hospitality projects that are carried out in Revit and is also acts as a BIM Manager within the organization and responsible for the Revit troubleshooting and Revit training programmes.

Arpita Sarkar Hira is a graduate architect with more than 19 years of experience in delivering projects in the sectors of Residential, Institutional, Public, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, etc. She is an alumnus of the prestigious institution of TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi now USAP GGSIPU (University School of Architecture and Planning) and also a member of Council of Architecture. She has worked with some of the most reputed Indian and International architects and firms. She has a wide range of Domain knowledge which includes Architecture and Interiors, Engineering services, Project Management, Project Co-ordination, and Delivery, Operations Management, Resource and Team Management, Account Management and Client Relationship Management.

Arpita serves as Project Director and is responsible for the Integrated Studio of Architecture and Engineering (ASMEPF) services with a focus on BIM services. Her expertise lies in driving the projects through Concept Design, Schematic Drawing, Design Development, Construction Documentation to Construction Administration Stage. She has a vast experience in all the sectors especially in the Hospitality sector and has associated and delivered projects for clients like Hilton, Regent, Alila, Six Sense, Kempinski, Pullman, Raffles, W, Jumeirah, etc.

Nadeem has an impressive track record of client satisfaction and timely project delivery within the stipulated budget. He is skilled in Estimations, Quality control, Cost efficiency, etc. and technically proficient with AutoCAD and Revit. He has worked with some of the most reputed International architects and firms. As Project Director Nadeem is leading the Retail studio comprising of more than 80 professionals.

Pooja Rani

Pooja Rani is a delivery-oriented and highly accountable manager with more than 16 years of experience in the sector of Residential, Hospitality, and Retail Design Documentation and 12 years of BIM experience. She has earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the prestigious institution Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur under YCMOU and is also a member of the Council of Architecture.

Pooja has a wide range of Domain knowledge which includes interior design, BIM (Interior projects), team management, and Resource Management.

Pooja manages cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects and has managed over 500 large-scale hospitality projects (CAD and REVIT both). Her focus on quality has ensured that all the projects delivered maintain the highest level of quality. She has vast experience in delivering projects for clients like Meyar Davis, Simeone Deary Design Group, Studio K, Yabu Pushelberg, Rottet Studio, One Line Design, and ODA Architecture.

Pooja as a studio director oversees and tracks training as well that managers conduct related to management, Timesheets, and software specific within the organization which helps people to grow professionally.

Poonam is proficient in managing and delivering Architecture BIM and 3d visualization projects and understands the potential power and frequent challenges of technologies in Architecture and construction industries. She is technically sound in Architectural detailing with international standards and has a vast experience in delivering on-shore projects for prestigious clients like Callison, Keppie design, Make Architects, Broadway Malyan, HKS, etc. Her expertise lies in strategic approach in planning, managing and delivering the projects.

Anita is a seasoned architect with over 18 years of expertise in executing projects in sectors such as Industrial, Residential, Educational, Workspace, Healthcare, and Mixed-use projects, in addition to the Retail business. She is a graduate of NVIT Noida.

Anita’s core abilities are project management, resource management, and Revit project estimating, having worked on over 100 major projects requiring Advanced Revit skills from the modeling stage to the schematic design stage and finally to the entire construction documentation stage. She has worked with over 100 firms from across the United States, resulting in a diverse clientele.

OM Prakash Mehra

Om Prakash Mehra is a graduate architect and Member of Council of Architecture with more than 17 years of experience. He has good technical knowledge of Architecture and Landscape disciplines. He also has excellent software skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion.

He has delivered quality assured projects in sectors like Multiple Architectural projects (India, Qatar, and the USA) for individual and multi-storied buildings including hotels, residential, Institutional, commercial and office projects, etc. He is proficient in delivering Construction Set with Structure and MEPF Coordination. He has also done BOQ and tender documentation for Indian projects.

Om Prakash also has delivered Multiple retail projects (multi-brand shops, fast food, and restaurant, etc.) and residential bungalow projects in Qatar and USA along with Architectural Construction Set with Structure and MEPF Coordination. He also has experience in multiple Landscape development projects in India.

hawna Gupta is an Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience in the Interior and Architectural industries. Over the years, she has accumulated her expertise by working on projects in the Hospitality, Commercial, High end residential, Corporate Interiors and Government Sectors (DMRC , NDMC, South/North Block). She is a Graduate (Commerce) of Delhi University and an alumnus of the prestigious institute of South Delhi polytechnic.

Bhawna is a Senior Project Manager at SKETS Hospitality CAD Studio and has been with the company for over 10 years. She has completed more than 80 projects for clients in the US, UK and the Middle East.  Her primary area of expertise is preparing estimates for all Hospitality CAD/Revit projects, while also leading a team of 40 experts. Bhawna also oversees the training initiatives and people development for team members within the studio.

Bharti Rajpoot

Senior Project Manager

Bharti Rajpoot is an architect who attended the prestigious Indian Institute of Architects (Delhi). She has over 12 years of experience in the Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, High Rise, and Mixed-Use sectors, among others. She has worked with reputable firms in the United States and the United Kingdom. She has also had the experience of engaging in coordination discussions with consultants while on-site in Australia for an iconic project for one of SKETS’ clients.

Bharti has a strong background in architectural and interior design, project management, client relations, project coordination, and estimates. Bharti also oversees her Studio’s AutoCAD training programs. She is also in charge of creating presentations and training materials.

Chandan Mehra

Senior Project Manager

Chandan Mehra is a specialist in 3D visualization. He is a science graduate with a certification in computer graphics from the Arena Animation Academy and has over 10 years of expertise in graphic design and 3D modeling.

He began working with SKETS in 2017 and has completed various small and large-scale projects in hospitality, residential, and retail for clients all around the world. He is presently working as a senior project manager at the SKETS 3D Studio and is in charge of mentoring the team, quality assurance, and timely delivery of awarded projects.

Deenanath Sharma

Senior Project Manager

Deena Nath Sharma is a Graduate Architect and Diploma holder with more than 15+ years of experience in delivering projects in the sector of Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Retails, and Hotels, etc.

He has a good knowledge of Architecture and Interior projects with dual expertise of both CAD and BIM. He has been working in Revit since 2011 and worked on one of the Iconic Tower “Wilshire Grand” at Los Angeles, CA using Revit. His experience includes many well-known leading international Interior designers like KNA, Wilson Associates, Jeffery Beers Internationals, etc.

Deena Nath has a sound knowledge of Interior’s Detailing and Documentation. As a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for the Quality control and on-time delivery of the Projects.

Nikhil Aggarwal

Nikhil is a highly experienced architect who has been working with SKETS for over 10 years. Following his qualification as a Bachelor of Architecture from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, he has accumulated 12+ years of overall experience in the building industry from different sectors of Architecture (Residential, Commercial) Hospitality Interiors, and so on. He has developed multiple skill sets over the years, making him a reliable professional and a source of guidance for his team. With a high focus on continued learning and delivering exceptional quality, he currently oversees Hospitality projects in Revit.

Supriya Kumari

Senior Project Manager

Supriya Kumari is an accomplished Interior designer who completed a diploma certification from the Meerabai Institute of Technology (MBIT). followed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Punjab Technical University, out of the 13 years of experience in the industry, Supriya has been with SKETS for 11 years. She has successfully completed more than 125 projects in CAD & Revit for Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential projects.

She holds significant expertise in Revit, BIM360, and ACC, with a remarkable Revit portfolio. Supriya has accomplished large-scale and complex projects in Revit including 5-Star hotels and resorts for some world-renowned clients.

Her skills include leadership, training, estimation in CAD and Revit, project management, resource management, and most importantly her efficiency in team building.

Tarun Sharma

Senior GM - Support Functions

Tarun Sharma is a graduate of commerce from Delhi University, with a postgraduation in Business Management. Beginning his career in sales, he now has 20 years of accumulated experience in domains such as banking and finances, HR consultation, IT, and hospitality. He brings with him the knowledge of managing business operations with utmost efficiency.

As the Senior GM of Support Functions, Mr. Tarun’s responsibility is to oversee administrative, information technology, human resources, accounting, finance, and marketing operations through the use of SOPs. His responsibilities comprise, but are not exclusive to, establishing and ensuring the smooth operation of SKETS Studio’s internal operational processes. As a single point of contact for functional processes, he is able to supervise and elevate tasks according to priority in order to manage SKETS’ operations smoothly and effectively.
