SKETS is honored to have Mr. Tarun Sharma on board as the Senior Manager of Support Functions. The expansion of SKETS calls for mandatorily improving, streamlining, and expediting the current procedures. Mr. Tarun’s role would be to use SOPs to oversee administrative, information technology, human resources, accounting, financial, and marketing activities. His duties include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining the efficient functioning of SKETS Studio’s internal operating processes.

SKETS is looking forward to seeing the impact of his expertise at SKETS as an exceptionally growing powerhouse in the documentation niche. He has already begun to comprehend the firm’s process dynamics. The S.O.P. he will create will provide not just a clear procedural path, but also a well-organized process for internal teams to follow. He will be able to supervise and escalate work in priority in order to manage SKETS’ operations smoothly and effectively as a single point of contact for functional activities.
