The SKETS Innovator Award is a prestigious title recognizing the extraordinary potential of the remarkable individuals working at SKETS Studio. The award will be presented to the person who develops or discovers a game-changing technology, software, practice, or code that improves output and streamlines a specific process within SKETS. This award recognizes the value of proactivity and initiative, as well as the vital role that new ideas play in driving SKETS’ success.
Here's how to participate in SKETS Innovator 2023
- All participants are required to submit their concepts, along with a brief summary that highlights the goals, advantages, and viability of their concept.
- The entries can be submitted to the respective studio director.
- Since innovation is not limited to theoretical ideas, the concept must also be accompanied by a working prototype showcasing its worth.
- The submission must include an illustration of the concept’s functionality. This would help bring the idea to life and offer a window into its prospects.
- The ideas/concepts once submitted may not be changed.
- A panel of judges comprising SKETS’ Top Management will review the entries for SKETS Innovator.
- The judges will then shortlist several finalists, from which one winner would be determined.
- The winner will be awarded the coveted SKETS Innovator title at the 2023 Annual Event, along with a cash prize of 50,000 INR.
- More importantly, they will be commended for their significant contribution to the company’s success.
This award is not only about recognizing talent and innovation within SKETS Studio but also a means to motivate and inspire the teams to upskill and grow. This title would promote a spirit of excellence and demonstrate SKETS’ commitment to the constant advancement of processes and operations.
