SKETS Studio was invited by Chitkara University in Chandigarh, Punjab for their campus placement drive in May 2023.
Over 50 university students registered for SKETS’ recruitment process designed to test their skills and knowledge corresponding to the organization’s standards. SKETS’ recruitment, be it on or off-campus, is a meticulous process consisting of three stages: an aptitude test, a technical round, and a personal interview.
The initial screening was coordinated by Mr. Tarun Sharma – Sr. GM of Support Functions at SKETS Studio, and aimed to assess the candidates’ logical reasoning, numerical ability, spatial awareness, and general awareness. The technical round was led by Mohd. Nadeem Khan, Studio Director of SKETS’ Architecture and Retail BIM. It was designed to evaluate the candidates’ proficiency in architectural software. The personal interview explored the candidates’ personality traits, communication skills, career goals, and passion for the industry.
Out of the 50 applicants who took part in the drive, three cleared all the stages and received a placement offer from SKETS Studio. Shortlisted candidates would be joining the organization after their graduation. Following a successful campus recruitment drive, SKETS congratulates the selected candidates and wishes them luck in their future endeavors.
