SKETS Studio, with its approach toward Automated BIM solutions empowered by AI, has caught the attention of industry elites. Leading the Digital Twin initiative alongside a handful of companies worldwide, SKETS was recently visited by the visionary delegation from Autodesk, consisting of Mr. Steve Blum (Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Haresh Khoobchandani (Vice President – APAC & SAARC), Ms. Kamolika Peres (Vice President – SAARC), and Mr. Alok Sharma (Director – AEC Sales).
The Autodesk global leadership team visited SKETS Campus on Wednesday, 5th November 2025. The focal point of the meet was to engage in an insightful dialogue, highlighting the shared commitment of both the organizations toward innovation and digital transformation in the AEC industry.
The SKETS’ leadership team consisting of CEO Nimisha Bansal, COO Shamit Gupta, and Executive Director Neeraj Bansal showcased SKETS’ global expertise in AI, Automation, and Digital Twin development. The team demonstrated the use of Digital Twin to reduce the energy utilization of the campus. Besides this, they also displayed the integration of advanced self-learning AI models to carry out preventive maintenance of the facility. Integration of camera feeds with AI models and automation of sprinkler system through sensors was also showcased. Through the use of advanced AI models, sensor-based technologies, and real-time building data, SKETS demonstrated the cost savings and process efficiencies achieved through the deployment of Digital Twin.
The Autodesk delegation discussed the advancements, applications, and utilization of Tandem for the creation of Digital Twin. This technology is deemed to be the next big thing for facility and asset management.
A Digital Twin is a virtual replica of a physical asset that uses real-time data to monitor, simulate, and optimize performance. In AEC, it enhances design accuracy, reduces risks, supports predictive maintenance, and ensures sustainability—empowering smarter, data-driven decisions throughout a building’s entire lifecycle from design to operation.
There are mainly two reasons why this visit matters – first alongside being a pioneer in BIM, SKETS is now a lighthouse for Digital Twin, positioning itself at the frontier of the AI race, thereby attracting prominent leaders from global organizations such as Autodesk. Second, as SKETS Studio continues to shape AEC workflows through the integration of AI and advanced technologies, it has firmly established itself as one of the strongest players in the AI-driven ecosystem for the coming decade.
The AEC ecosystem is gearing up for new operational workflows where new technologies will not only optimize time and cost but also drive how projects are delivered. Digital Twin is a game changer and SKETS Studio has positioned itself as a navigator guiding AEC firms in adopting and implementing groundbreaking Digital Twin solutions.
