Project Scope
As Retail Consultants, we utilize CAD to deliver precise As-Built Drawings, Concept Plans, and detailed Construction Documentation. The logistics warehouse scope included interior demolition and build-out of offices, restrooms, break areas, and fenced robotic zones, along with exterior upgrades such as ramps, canopies, equipment pads, and dock doors.
Challenges
The project faced CAD misalignments, frequent base file updates, and delayed design approvals, which created gaps in information. Careful coordination, continuous quality checks, and collaboration were essential to ensure accurate documentation and smooth project execution.
