Project Overview
The Dune Camp offers the perfect opportunity within the Red Sea development to create spaces which allow travelers to connect with nature in a sustainable, regenerative fashion, as well as to have authentic experiences with one another and Saudi Culture, while showcasing the world-renowned hospitality Arab culture is admired for.
Project Scope
Comprehensive development of Public Spaces, Guestrooms, Suites, and Villas, encompassing end-to-end design services from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation, ensuring cohesive detailing, functionality, and a unified project vision.
Challenges
The project presented several key challenges, including managing diverse building typologies, as each circular cluster comprised multiple independent structures requiring a structured documentation approach to ensure consistency across varied building types.
