This unique skyscraper featured a distinct facade with non-standard/non-repetitive panels, which necessitated linking the Rhino model to the Revit model to ensure a smooth workflow. It was created at LOD 300 using worksets, parametric families, warning controls, and so on.
The project is an integrated mixed-use tower comprising approx. 5,00,000 sq ft hotel with basements, commercial space, and hotel floors up to Level 39, topped by a 70,000 sq ft entertainment zone spanning Levels 40 to 59.

The Hotel covers an area of approx. 5,00,000 sq ft and includes two basement levels, Level 1 for commercial use, and Levels 2 to 39 as hotel floors. The Entertainment component spans 70,000 sq ft and is located above the hotel, featuring premium dining, recreational, leisure, and lounge spaces across the upper levels. The tower comprises 20 floors, includes 3 refuse floors, and features double- and triple-height floors.
The project faced multiple challenges, including a complex non-repetitive facade featuring custom-designed panels, large glazing, varied floor-to-floor heights, and changing plate sizes. Frequent design revisions in Rhino required seamless real-time coordination and integration with the LOD 300 Revit model. Additionally, the team had to deliver detailed zone-specific facade drawings for each unique elevation within tight and overlapping project deadlines.
