SKETS Studio worked on a leading multinational financial services institution in the United States to support the development and standardization of their retail banking environments across global locations.
The Primary Goal of the Bank’s Branch Refurb Program was to provide an enterprise-wide consistent “look, feel and function” of the branch without implementing a full renovation through the addition of branch elements, finishes and equipment.

Enterprise-wide consistent look, feel and function of the branch
The project involved creating comprehensive design documentation and photorealistic renderings to support branch rollouts, renovations, and compliance with global brand and architectural standards. It required close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure design consistency, technical accuracy, and adherence to the bank’s guidelines. Detailed renderings were produced for design approvals, presentations, and visualization of ongoing work, contributing to the successful rollout of standardized, customer-focused retail spaces across diverse markets.
The project required adapting to evolving scope and shifting client standards, moving from strict initial prototypes to new, updated requirements. Integrating existing As-Built models into the latest design templates demanded precise coordination to maintain accuracy and consistency. Limited early client interaction, managed primarily via quick email responses, became more complex as the client team expanded and introduced new standards, increasing pressure on our team to implement the latest specifications across all deliverables.
