Challenges
The project demanded strict adherence to evolving brand standards, management of fluctuating workloads, and seamless coordination across multiple zones and platforms, all while maintaining precise LOD 300 modeling and accurate, data-driven documentation. Teams had to continuously adapt to frequent updates in global design guidelines, synchronize SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit workflows, manage multiple project zones consistently, and deliver detailed Revit models with accurate schedules for finishes, lighting, FFE, and casework to ensure precise quantity takeoffs.
