This client operates across multiple states, serving a diverse customer base through an extensive network of retail locations.
Project Overview
This prominent tire retailer is currently undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations aimed at elevating the customer experience and modernizing the overall look and feel of the facilities.
Project Scope
As Retail consultants, we use CAD to deliver Survey Deliverables, detailed design packages, and comprehensive construction documentation. These tire and wheel retailer stores are undergoing sales renovations and exterior updates, including new paint specifications to enhance brand consistency and elegant facade.
Challenges
The project faced template-related issues, as the provided files contained typographical errors and missing standard markups, leading to repeated comments across multiple rollout projects and occasional conflicts between review feedback and template instructions. Coordination was further complicated by inconsistent inputs from different teams on the same details, requiring additional clarification and alignment. Tight submission deadlines caused sudden workload spikes, necessitating extended hours, and rapid resource scaling to ensure on-time delivery.
