Project Scope
The project encompassed over 75 guestrooms, 20 apartment types, 18 villas, and multiple public areas such as high-end restaurants, bars, lounges, wellness and spa facilities, and event spaces. The tower’s distinctive twisting tri-petal form created numerous variations across room types, demanding meticulous coordination and detailed documentation while reflecting a high-end, contemporary design throughout.
Challenges
Managing 75 floors of constantly evolving façades and numerous unique room types required precise documentation, high-end detailing, and seamless coordination. The building’s twisting tri-petal form created a large variety of layouts and façades on every floor, demanding careful modeling and documentation.
