Role Summary

We are seeking an innovative Concept Design Architect to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into architectural design processes. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills and technical expertise in AI systems to generate innovative design solutions.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between human creativity and machine intelligence, using data-driven insights to inform design decisions in the initial conceptual stage.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy and Integration: Develop and implement a strategy for integrating AI tools into preconcept architectural concept stage.
- Generative Design & Concept Generation: Utilize AI tools to generate a multitude of design variations, floor plans, and complex geometries, building facades based on specific project parameters, site constraints, and client preferences.
- Prototyping and Implementation: Rapidly prototype AI solutions and guide the development teams in transitioning successful concepts into robust, scalable systems and tools.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends in generative AI, prompt engineering, computer vision, and related technologies, proactively introducing new tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, A dual background in Architecture and a technical field (AI) is highly advantageous.
- . Experience:Proven experience in architectural design and hands-on experience in developing or integrating AI solutions in a professional environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino & SketchUp)
