SKETS Studio’s aim in project delivery is ‘to provide high-value services by operating on a continually improving service model”. To achieve this, the organization has developed a proprietary project management framework called “ePlan”, which helps in tracking the project progress, productivity, and quality of the projects. A reusable repository of client specific standards and templates is also maintained in ePlan.
